New Delhi: A five member
delegation of Dal Khalsa visited the pro- Pakistan Hurriyat leader Syed Al
Geelani at his Delhi residence on Wednesday.
A press statement issued by Geelani’s party said
the five member delegation led by Dal Khalsa president Kanwarpal Singh visited
Geelani at his Malviya Nagar residence to inquire about his health. The ailing
Hurriyat leader was suffering from severe respiratory infection following which
he was taken to Delhi for treatment. The Dal Khalsa members prayed for the
well-being of Mr Geelani and extended their support to his political struggle
for the freedom of Kashmir, the statement said.
