him to the hospital where doctors stated that he has suffered the cardiac
arrest.
The president of Contractors Association flood control

flood control and Irrigation has deliberately kept their payments in limbo that
are due from the last several months. He stated that the contractors
completed their respective works on time in the department and that even in the

to torment the contractors mentally.

him to disburse the amount. He even asked us to meet the Executive Engineer at
his office.”
Contractors Association president stated that when the
contractors reached the office of Executive Engineer, he again expressed his
unwillingness in the issuance of the payments to the contractors. “A verbal
dual was started by the concerned Executive Engineer due to which one of our
colleagues Ghulam Nabi fainted on the floor. We took him to the hospital where
doctors said that he has suffered heart attack.”
