SRINAGAR: Rioters in Chenab
Valley Kishtwar town are still holding 18 weapons as the looters are still at
large, official sources said.
During the August
2013 communal riots, a gun shop was looted by the rioters and it involved a
total of 41 weapons. Three persons were killed and a lot of commercial property
was destroyed. The government ordered a commission of inquiry that has already
submitted an interim report. Police said they
have recovered only 24 weapons so far.
